Happy School Board Appreciation Month to our CCS School Board! We are very thankful for each of you.

Mayor Burton swore in our newly elected/appointed board members last night! Dr. Tim Bible, KK Meredith, Curtis Isabell, and Lorie Wilson will work hard to support CCS! We are blessed with a great School Board who puts kids first!




This is the face of a very disappointed student that the snow didn’t come to Clinton last night! Big brother told him it was coming, and school would be canceled! We are so sorry, bud! Hopefully, we can get you a snow day soon! 🥰🥰

With winter weather approaching, be sure to stay informed of school closings and news. CCS will use social media, local news media, and notifications through the CCS app and webpage. There will be an Internet Safety Training for parents and caregivers on Thursday, January 26th at 6 p.m. in the Clinton Elementary Auditorium. See flyer for more information.

The Arowood Arena got new lights over the break! It looks amazing! Many thanks to Rodney Coker and Coker Rental Company for donating the scissor lift to make this happen! We appreciate your support.

Daddy Daughter Dance tickets are now available! We will have them at all schools in January, but have them in Central Office now if you want to surprise your little one with tickets for Christmas! $10 per ticket or $20 per couple! Central Office is open through Wednesday!

We are wrapping up our first semester!! Friday will be a half day of school. Dismissal will be at 11:30 a.m. School will resume for students on January 3, 2023. We hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season!!! #CCS247

Clinton High School did an amazing job discussing their journey to STEM Designation with the East Region Superintendent’s Study Council today! CCS is incredibly proud of our feeder school! Go Dragons!

Great news! Parents have worked diligently to find us 2 referees, so the Blaze game is back on! Can’t keep a good Blaze team down! See you tomorrow!
Due to lack of referees, the Blaze game for tomorrow night has been cancelled. We will attempt to reschedule. If we are not able, we will do 6th grade recognition at the staff/student ballgame in January. The away game for Thursday is still on! Go Blaze!

Congratulations to the following SCES students for having their artwork displayed at the Knoxville Museum of Art: Daisy, Adriana, Lilly, and Benson! Daisy placed 3rd in 6th grade for her cat drawing, and Adriana received honorable mention for her capybara drawing. Amazing talent!
