IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS, STAFF, AND VISITORS
Students who are unable to pay for their meal service are allowed to charge for a basic lunch. Students charging lunch will receive a reimbursable meal. No a la carte items (ice cream, chips, etc) can be charged. Students are expected to pay for their meal the next school day.

Low balance and negative balances will be sent home to parents weekly. It is expected that the negative balances are handled immediately and will be considered delinquent debt if not paid off within 10 days of parental notification. Balances at the end of the year will carry over the following year.
Free and Reduced lunch forms are available at any time through the Food Service Department. These are processed quickly, and you will be informed if your child meets the requirements to receive free or reduced lunches as per federal guidelines. If your financial situation changes throughout the year, you are welcome to reapply as many times as needed.

If you have questions regarding your child's purchases or balance, please call our Food Services Department at 457-0159 and ask to speak to the Food Service Manager.

SPECIAL INFORMATION
If your child needs a change in food items due to a medical condition, the cafeteria will be happy to work with you in making substitutions.  However, we will need a written statement from your child's doctor which must include the medical rationale and dietary instructions.  We will then make changes as requested for your child to make sure that they have a nutritional and balanced meal.
