Clinton City Schools is happy to announce that we will be offering a rising Kindergarten Summer Boost Camp. The purpose of the Kindergarten Boost Camp is to prepare rising Kindergarteners for the demands of being a Kindergarten student in the coming school year. This will be a four-week 1⁄2 day program, held at North Clinton Elementary School beginning Monday, June 3 and ending on Friday, June 28. Students will be provided a free breakfast and lunch each day. The day will begin at 7:45 and end at 11:30. Space is limited to the first 40 students that register.
Aftercare will be available through Boys and Girls Club of Anderson County on site at the school until 6:00 p.m. Registration for aftercare programs will be completed through the Boys and Girls Club website. https://bgctnv.org/north-anderson-county/

attending to a story that is being read aloud
answering questions about books that are being read orally
transitioning from one location in the room to another
walking in a line while traveling through the building
letter recognition and letter sounds
name writing using uppercase and lowercase letters
recognizing numbers, counting, one to one correspondence
social skills
and much more!
